Loan services
Loan services are provided for local users only on the base of valid user’s identification card. The loan service „to be checked out of the Library“ is for books printed after 1945. Books in study rooms, books printed before 1946 and valued prints and periodicals may not be checked out.
All documents and books in our collection are possible to find in electronic catalogue or mainly older prints in the card catalogue which is available in the study room.
Information and reference services
- familiarizing users with the user module of the automated library system and providing training classes in local database searching
- providing location and information service concerning accessibility of other libraries‘ collections and electronic information sources via Internet
- searching of information in local and external databases and networks
- developing manuals and database guides
